Key Responsibilities:

  • Research Analysis: Perform comprehensive reviews of existing literature and integrate research insights to strengthen prevention methodologies.
  • Training Development: Design and produce impactful training resources to enhance the expertise of prevention practitioners.
  • Program Assessment: Evaluate program structures, offer strategic recommendations for improvements, and execute thorough assessments.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Partner with various teams to formulate evidence-driven strategies and interventions.
  • Documentation: Generate comprehensive reports and convey assessment findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Continuous Learning: Remain informed about the latest developments and research in the field to guide program advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, public health, social work, or a related discipline; Master's degree is preferred.
  • Specialization in either suicide prevention or sexual violence prevention.
  • Proven experience in research analysis, literature review, and program evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with data analysis software.
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities.
