Position Title: Planner, North America Omni Planning
Core Responsibilities:
- Assist brand leaders in formulating the North America planning strategy and executing Long Range Planning (LRP)
- Collaborate closely with Buying, Allocation, and Merchandising teams to deliver business insights and establish sales/margin objectives
- Oversee the creation, finalization, and in-season management of the business unit (BU) level open-to-buy (OTB) plan
- Devise and propose financial strategies for seasonal carryover versus new product introductions
- Key Accountabilities:
- Develop Annual Operating Plans (AOP) by channel
- Manage assigned OTB dollars across departments/channels
- Provide weekly reforecasts of department sales, GM%, and inventory based on current trends
- Identify potential risks and opportunities while crafting promotional strategies
- Conduct monthly performance tracking and analysis, among other responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline preferred
- 1-2+ years of experience in Financial Planning or Analysis
- Proficient in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience in P&L Budgeting, Forecasting, and Planning

- Demonstrated ability to leverage data insights for strategic initiatives
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects effectively
