Job Title: Vice President, North America Marketing

Kate Spade New York is seeking a seasoned marketing leader to join our team as Vice President, North America Marketing. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement in the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement in the North American market.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to create and implement innovative marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing spend.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Kate Spade New York remains competitive in the market.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
