As our company continues to expand, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to become a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and influencers who have a history of or potential for collaboration with BMA.
  • Analyze the business activities of prospects to uncover opportunities for partnership.
  • Streamline marketing processes for efficiency.
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Optimize the allocation of the marketing budget to enhance return on investment.
  • Enhance digital marketing strategies to effectively reach our target audience.
  • Boost customer satisfaction by creating engaging marketing content.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback and satisfaction metrics.
  • Conduct analytics on CRM data to gain customer insights.
  • Oversee website and social media content management.
  • Stay informed about relevant government project opportunities.
  • Respond to inquiries from team members and clients.
  • Be adaptable and support various areas of the business as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a degree in Marketing.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Engineering or Architecture sector.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Experience with social media management tools for marketing purposes.
  • Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking abilities.
  • A flexible and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Cal E-procure and FedBizOps.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Suite.
