Overview

MyCareer+ is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for generating new business through both in-person and phone-based outreach.

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled professional to fill the role of Business Development Representative - PEO Sales Specialist. This position requires strong communication skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000, depending on experience and performance.

Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-person visits to brokers, insurance agents, accountants, and small business owners to introduce our PEO services.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, meetings, sales progress, and follow-ups in CRM software.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with industry professionals and small business owners to establish a consistent pipeline of leads and referrals.
  • Present and sell our PEO services over the phone, offering tailored solutions based on client needs.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the PEO, insurance, or accounting industries.
  • Strong understanding of the PEO sector, with the ability to communicate the value of HR, payroll, and compliance services to potential clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport.
