Strategic Business Development Leader

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our B2B business development efforts. As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with key business clients, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will reach out to Michigan-based businesses to onboard them into our program
  • Develop and implement targeted account strategies to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and other sales tactics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and provide innovative solutions to clients
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform your sales approach and maximize revenue potential
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, offering training and support to help them achieve their goals

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required
  • You must have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, with at least 3-5 years of experience
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team are essential
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • You must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is expected

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
