Position Summary: The Caregiver Recruiter plays a crucial role in sourcing and attracting qualified candidates to deliver Home Health Aide services. This position is vital for ensuring that our organization meets the staffing needs necessary to provide exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research and actively source candidates through various recruiting platforms.
  • Analyze staffing requirements and ensure fulfillment for the recruitment team.
  • Establish connections with Home Health Aide educational institutions and present to staff and students.
  • Engage in recruitment events, job fairs, and community outreach to attract potential caregivers.
  • Utilize social media and other channels to enhance caregiver recruitment efforts.
  • Meet monthly targets for new caregiver applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with caregivers.
  • Create compelling advertisements to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Research successful recruitment techniques and suggest improvements to the process.
  • Participate in various recruitment projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; a college degree in a related field is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is essential.
  • Experience with recruitment platforms is beneficial.
  • Strong internet navigation skills for recruitment purposes.
  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience across various roles.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively with all organizational levels.
  • People-oriented with a passion for engaging with others.
