Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team at The Allure Group. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and interviewing candidates for various roles within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and Pipeline Talent: Identify and attract top talent from various industries and backgrounds, including healthcare professionals, corporate and management, dietary and kitchen personnel, housekeeping and recreation.
  • Go-to-Market Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of our facilities.
  • Assist HR with Job Offers: Collaborate with the HR team to create and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Utilize ATS Software: Manage job postings, evaluate applications, and communicate with candidates through our applicant tracking system.
  • Screen and Interview Candidates: Conduct initial screenings and interviews with candidates via phone, video conferencing, or in-person.
  • Provide Recruitment Reports: Deliver weekly recruitment reports to department heads and the Director of Recruitment.
  • Collaborate with Facilities HR Teams: Work closely with HR teams at our facilities to ensure the hiring strategy is effective and aligned with our goals.
  • Job Posting Management: Monitor and manage job postings to ensure they are regularly updated and accurate.
  • Plan and Execute Hiring Events: Coordinate and participate in in-person and virtual hiring events to attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Social Media Teams: Work with the marketing and social media teams to maintain a consistent employer brand and job advertising strategy.
  • Assist with HR and Recruitment Projects: Provide support to the Director of Recruitment on various HR and recruitment projects.
Requirements
  • Experience in Recruitment or HR: At least 1 year of experience in a recruitment or HR coordinator role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • ATS Experience: Experience working with an applicant tracking system is beneficial.
  • GTM Recruitment Experience: Experience in go-to-market recruitment is required.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Commute: Ability to commute across NYC.
