Executive Assistant to CEO

CenterStar Property Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join our dynamic team and contribute to our company's continued growth and success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CEO, including daily tasks, calendar management, and phone calls. They will also interact with all levels of personnel, including executives, attorneys, property management, construction, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including daily tasks and projects
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
- Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
