Job Description

The CEO Support Specialist will serve as a critical member of our team, providing high-level administrative support to our CEO. This individual will be responsible for coordinating complex tasks, managing calendars, and handling sensitive business communications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the CEO by handling daily administration, calendar management, and correspondence.
  • Interact with various stakeholders, including executives, attorneys, and staff members.
  • Perform a range of clerical duties, including answering calls, retrieving mail, and arranging meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and data management tasks.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive secretary.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
  • Candidate must have a valid driver's license.
Benefits and Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $100,000, depending on experience. We offer competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
