Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at Century Park Associates. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts, assisting in the development and execution of our marketing plan, and achieving occupancy goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase resident census and achieve specific occupancy targets
  • Cultivate relationships with referral sources and maintain a strong network of contacts
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, including sales calls, tours conducted, and move-ins
  • Effectively close sales with prospective residents and families
  • Participate in local marketing events, health fairs, and civic organization events to increase awareness of our community and Century Park Associates
  • Assist in the planning and hosting of marketing and waitlist events
  • Develop and oversee inquiry follow-up process to turn leads into residents
  • Make regular communication with waitlist and leads
  • Participate in conference calls with other sales associates within the region and division

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of one year successful sales experience with senior living preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent listening skills and ability to persuade others
  • Ability to work with little supervision and make independent decisions when circumstances warrant
  • Understanding of urgency to build occupancy and ability to gain referrals and build new sources of business
  • Ability to implement and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the sales department
  • Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
  • Effective networking skills, account management skills, and ability to build rapport and trust quickly
  • Maintains confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
  • Understanding and adherence to company policies, including harassment and compliance procedures
  • Displays integrity and professionalism by adhering to Century Park Associates' Code of Ethics and completes all required compliance training
