Position Overview:
We are seeking a Global Marketing Specialist with expertise in event marketing, social media management, and public relations to enhance our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will possess a strong enthusiasm for communication and a commitment to advancing the brand of a leading organization in the innovation sector.


Key Responsibilities:
Event Marketing:

Increase visibility of the organization and establish it as a thought leader in innovation and product management through various media and events.

Plan and execute local events to support recruitment efforts and reinforce the company's unique position in the market.

Develop and maintain partnerships with relevant industry organizations.

Gather necessary event materials, create schedules, manage timelines, and oversee all communications related to each event.


Social Media Management:

Create compelling social media strategies that enhance brand awareness on a global scale.

Oversee the organization’s social media platforms in collaboration with regional marketing teams, utilizing channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

Implement community engagement strategies to boost brand recognition and support ongoing recruitment initiatives.

Evaluate emerging platforms and trends to inform the organization’s future social media strategy.

Utilize data-driven insights to enhance social media engagement and performance, providing regular updates to the marketing team.


Public Relations:

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute press releases and stories that highlight the organization’s ventures.

Prepare spokespeople with necessary briefings and materials for public engagements.

Establish and nurture proactive relationships with media and influencers in the business and technology sectors.

Generate content for the organization’s blog and external communications as needed.

Monitor media coverage and compile quarterly reports for the leadership team.


Qualifications:

A BA/BS degree is strongly preferred.

2-3 years of experience in a similar marketing and communications role.

A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A self-motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and adapt.

Experience in event planning and execution.

Excellent writing and editing capabilities.

Proven success in pitching stories to media outlets.

A solid understanding of branding and reputation management.

A degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Media, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field is a plus.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.


Required Skills:

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with PC and Mac environments, including Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Service Orientation: Provide prompt responses to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating clarity and confidence.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team and independently on projects.

Reliability: Consistently deliver results and maintain accountability for services provided.
