Summary of Job Descriptions:

The purpose of Community Marketing is to build brand awareness and demand in local communities by forging meaningful connections with our guests that drive regional transactions and sales. The Community Marketing Coordinator position is responsible for assisting Operations with local marketing requests that are related to program execution and management, processing and fulfilling marketing orders. This position ensures timely fulfillment of requests from Operations and Regional Marketers for marketing materials related to regional and local promotions, store openings, and related projects. The Community Marketing Coordinator coordinates day-to-day activities with external vendors.

You'll get a chance to:

  • Respond to Operations email in-boxes within 24 hours and to requests from Regional Marketers, processing and fulfilling marketing orders and ensuring timely fulfillment of requests for marketing materials related to regional and local promotions, store openings, and related projects.
  • Work closely with fulfillment contact to ensure proper marketing materials have sufficient inventory to support local marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Support regional and local promotion projects, processing and fulfilling marketing orders.
  • Ship custom store order graphics as requested.
  • Maintain database of company stores for use by Marketing Department.
  • Perform administrative tasks in support of the Community Marketing team.
  • Perform special projects as assigned by the Director of Community Marketing and/or Marketing Manager to support the Community Marketing effort.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in marketing, hospitality or related field
  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience, preferably in a retail/hospitality marketing function
  • If hired, successful completion of annual store training.
  • Medically Compliant
