Role Overview:

As we expand our marketing initiatives, we require dedicated individuals to manage new clients, campaigns, and market opportunities.

Our approach focuses on internal training, allowing you to progress from entry-level to executive roles through structured development.

You will receive comprehensive training across various marketing disciplines, advancing at your own pace based on your learning and performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Setting up and showcasing branded marketing displays
  • Engaging with local consumers to collect feedback and insights
  • Conducting product demonstrations and detailing service offerings
  • Processing sales transactions as needed
  • Assisting in the onboarding and training of new team members
  • Collaborating with recruitment and social media teams when ready
  • Facilitating workshops and training sessions as you progress

Training & Support:

You will undergo a structured training program that aims to elevate you from entry-level to executive status within approximately 12 months, tailored to your results and personal goals. Our team is committed to fostering a supportive environment where knowledge and skills are shared freely.


Qualifications:

While a degree in marketing and relevant experience are advantageous, they are not mandatory. A basic understanding of marketing principles and consumer behavior is essential. Experience in retail, customer service, promotions, or food service can be beneficial, as this role involves direct interaction with customers.

Work Schedule:

We are primarily looking for candidates with full-time availability, but we will consider part-time applicants who can commit to 20+ hours per week over 3-4 days, Monday through Saturday.
