Position Overview

Insight Global is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing and enhancing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring seamless operations and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the preparation and processing of payroll for both exempt and non-exempt staff across various jurisdictions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee benefits, facilitating new hire enrollments, managing qualifying life events, and handling terminations.
  • Coordinate employee services and maintain meticulous compliance records for all personnel.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely data entry and updates of employee information, emphasizing attention to detail.
  • Proactively address compliance-related issues, providing regular updates and necessary administration.
  • Generate reports and analyses on critical metrics to aid in decision-making and promote continuous improvement.
  • Support the organization’s transformational initiatives by building relationships, fostering trust, and demonstrating flexibility in response to business growth and changes.

Qualifications
  • Experience in the Jewelry or Fashion Industry is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years in an HR administrative capacity.
  • Proficient in Excel, including skills in v-lookups and pivot tables.
  • A people-first approach to HR practices.
  • Familiarity with total rewards systems, including benefits and collaboration with medical brokers and 401k providers.
  • Knowledge of multistate compliance and regulations regarding exempt and non-exempt employees.
