The Role
The Senior Marketing Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of diverse marketing initiatives, including direct mail campaigns, sales materials, promotional events, and digital advertising targeted primarily at individuals aged 65 and older.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the growth and success of the Marketing department by collaboratively developing and implementing a variety of marketing programs aligned with corporate strategy and branding to achieve sales objectives.
- Design and execute effective marketing campaigns by understanding core objectives and leveraging marketing expertise; manage project teams comprising both internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervise the content, design, and production of marketing materials, including direct mail, digital advertisements, and promotional events, applying advanced marketing principles.
- Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and maintain compliance with relevant regulations by collaborating with the Compliance department.
- Manage the budget for design, development, and production of marketing materials, ensuring effective communication of project responsibilities and instructions.
- Foster collegial relationships across all organizational levels while adhering to SCAN's core principles.
- Contribute to the enhancement of business processes and marketing programs by staying informed about market trends and engaging with the sales team.

Your Qualifications
- A minimum of seven years of experience in marketing project management, including strategy development and regulatory compliance.
- At least three years of experience in developing and executing marketing programs within a membership organization, such as a health plan or financial services.
- Experience marketing to the 65+ demographic and/or within the Medicare Advantage sector is essential.
- Previous experience in a marketing or advertising agency is required.
- Knowledge of CMS regulations is necessary.
- Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate logical viewpoints and operate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently while demonstrating excellent organizational and project management skills.
