Key Responsibilities:


As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, you will:
1. Collaborate with HR Business Partners and management to implement essential HR initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, compensation, training and development, performance evaluation, employee relations, talent assessments, and organizational transitions in conjunction with the HR Center of Expertise (CoE) and regional HR teams.
2. Oversee significant HR projects by defining objectives, managing timelines, conducting research, organizing and disseminating information, executing plans effectively, and assessing outcomes.
3. Gain a comprehensive understanding of Finance, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to proactively identify challenges, assess solutions, and execute appropriate actions to mitigate employment-related issues.
4. Enhance the knowledge and effectiveness of managers and employees by providing insights on HR policies and practices (such as benefits, organizational development, compensation, global mobility, and leave policies), along with coaching and guidance.
5. Contribute to engagement strategies by leveraging metrics and qualitative data.
6. Drive initiatives that cultivate a culture aligned with TransUnion's mission, values, and principles, fostering an environment of inclusion and empowerment to optimize results.
7. Lead selected change management efforts related to organizational shifts, mergers and acquisitions, and enterprise projects.
8. Act as a cultural ambassador to attract, engage, and develop exceptional talent.

This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring regular performance of job duties both virtually and in-person at designated TransUnion office locations for a minimum of two days per week.
