Job Title: Director of Development and Fundraising

United Help Ukraine Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Development and Fundraising to lead our fundraising efforts and develop strategic partnerships to support our mission.

Job Summary

The Director of Development and Fundraising will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure financial support for United Help Ukraine Inc. This includes researching and identifying new funding opportunities, writing grants and proposals, and cultivating relationships with donors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic fundraising plan to achieve annual and long-term fundraising goals
  • Research and identify new funding opportunities, including grants, corporate sponsorships, and individual donations
  • Write and submit grant proposals and reports to secure funding
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners
  • Develop and implement a donor stewardship program to recognize and thank donors for their support
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and other team members to develop and implement fundraising events and campaigns
  • Manage and analyze fundraising data to inform future fundraising strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, advanced degree preferred
  • 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in fundraising, with a focus on grants and donor development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling grant proposals and reports
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and analyze fundraising data
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
