Position Overview

Role Summary

The Marketing Manager - Commercial plays a pivotal role in formulating and executing comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies aimed at fostering customer engagement and driving revenue growth across various commercial sectors. This position collaborates extensively with the marketing team, external advisors, and internal experts to implement and evaluate marketing initiatives that align with the strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engages with business leaders to comprehend their objectives and strategies, crafting marketing approaches and integrated plans to meet these goals.
  • Oversees the development and execution of marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance and effective reporting to achieve growth targets.
  • Collaborates with lifecycle marketing partners to optimize CRM functionalities, facilitating the execution of lifecycle marketing strategies and enhancing lead tracking and reporting.
  • Works alongside internal teams and external agencies to create compelling marketing materials, providing detailed creative briefs and establishing clear performance indicators.
  • Evaluates and communicates the performance metrics of marketing campaigns to stakeholders, offering insights for continuous improvement.
  • Monitors competitive landscape and provides intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
  • Contributes to the marketing planning process, including both strategic and annual planning efforts.
  • Coordinates and executes customer engagement events as necessary.
  • Delivers effective marketing execution in a dynamic and high-demand environment.
  • Adopts a creative and entrepreneurial mindset, remaining adaptable in the face of new opportunities.
  • Exhibits a positive, proactive, and collaborative demeanor to foster interdepartmental relationships.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing roles.
  • Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including paid media and social platforms.
  • Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly:
    • Excel—capable of creating and manipulating pivot tables and conducting advanced reporting.
    • PowerPoint—skilled in producing professional presentations for stakeholders.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and software, including project management and CRM tools.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities and strategic thinking, with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) management and budget oversight.
  • Ability to engage professionally with personnel at all organizational levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
  • Familiarity with data-driven marketing practices and tools, including CRM systems.
  • Experience with project management software is a plus.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
