Position Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing Development and Implementation:
• Collaborate with the commercial team to enhance product adoption and usage through the creation of effective sales tools and programs.
• Identify and analyze challenges and opportunities within designated product areas through regular engagement with customers and sales teams.
• Develop and deliver impactful content for sales meetings, training sessions, national and regional conferences, and webinars.
• Ensure field representatives are informed about product updates, pricing adjustments, and new sales resources.

Leadership and Team Development:
• Provide effective leadership to drive both short-term and long-term product planning to meet corporate objectives.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor a team of skilled Product Managers and Associate Product Managers.
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions and build consensus on product strategies.
• Leverage industry connections to support customer feedback research and new product development initiatives.

Product and Procedural Planning

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing Leadership:
• Work on the execution of Plans of Action (POAs) and new product launches, including:
- Financial forecasting and business case development
- Market potential analysis and target share identification
- Customer segmentation based on needs
- Value proposition formulation
- Competitive landscape assessment
- Understanding reimbursement trends
- Pricing strategy development
- Lifecycle management of products
- Training for product launches.

Market Research and New Product Development:
• Lead all phases of the Stage Gate process for new product initiatives.
• Provide insights based on customer feedback and market research to guide product development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with market objectives during product documentation and testing phases.
• Stay updated on industry trends to refine product strategies and identify future development opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in business.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Product Management, encompassing both upstream and downstream marketing.
  • Proven track record of executing strategic plans and achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience in medical device marketing is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20-30%).
