Job Summary:

The Associate Marketing Manager of Product Commercialization will be responsible for the Go-To-Market Strategy for all new product launches, brand launches, new market rollouts, enterprise pricing & promotions across the Verano portfolio. The role will require both strategic thinking and executional excellence while managing multiple stakeholders and partners to drive growth for Verano's portfolio of brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Pipeline Management: Manage the product pipeline throughout the commercialization process, working with the cross-functional team to evolve product concepts, assess their viability, and bring them to market with best-in-class go-to-market plans.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team and external creative agencies to assist in the creative development of innovation launch support assets.
  • Market Adaptation: Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure national product initiatives are adapted to market-specific needs and regulations as well as develop market-specific product opportunities as needed.
  • Product Catalog Management: Manage national product catalog including images, product descriptions, and other assets to ensure best-in-class representation of Verano's brand portfolio across e-commerce platforms and other consumer touchpoints.
  • Product Education: Collaborate with the training team to develop product education and training materials across the total brand portfolio and new brand & product innovation platforms.
  • Product Marketing: Marketing of Verano products for their entire lifecycle including planning, coordination, and execution of product launches and in-market campaigns.
  • Launch Plan Execution: Oversee execution of launch plans including coordination with cross-functional teams and post-launch analysis.
  • Stakeholder Management: Hold regular meetings with sales and production teams to review pipeline progress, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop relationships and communicate effectively with cross-functional business partners/leadership.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or applicable degree, MBA preferred but not required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of progressive experience in either Brand Management, Product Development, or similar roles. Experience in Fortune 500, highly regulated industries or high-growth/emerging markets is a plus.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail and comfort with ambiguity. Experience in marketing product portfolios and an understanding of CPG pricing strategy, working interdepartmentally to manage development and implementation of roadmap, focused on the bottom line performance and topline growth.
  • Personal Qualities: Superior time management and organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines – detail-oriented. Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, organizational, and analytical skills to gain alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be 21 years of age or older.
