Requirements
  • Culinary Degree or Equivalent Experience in a culinary management role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Special Events and Hospitality Experience required, with a preference for previous experience overseeing unionized employees in a leadership role.
  • Advanced Knowledge of Food Principles and Practices required, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to Work in a Collaborative Team Environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Physical Demands include occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
