About the Role

Bank of America's Commercial Real Estate Team is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and leading a client service team that coordinates the delivery of all banking services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and lead a client service team
  • Be the primary bank advocate and key financial advisor for clients
  • Prospect new business and enhance existing relationships
  • Prepare for and conduct relevant conversations with CEOs and CFOs at an advisory level
  • Assess risks and impacts from both the client's and the bank's perspective
  • Develop and implement client strategies
  • Lead, direct, and coordinate key team members in analysis and execution
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in commercial real estate project lending and institutional financing
  • Demonstrated sales, marketing, and leadership skills
  • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with underwriting partners, portfolio manager partners, and other associates
  • Credit underwriting skills, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of financial accounting and commercial loan underwriting
  • Relationship between credit risk, structure, and pricing
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63
  • Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent degree in Business (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Real Estate)
