We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Banking team at Bank of Hope. Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate banking space, with a focus on deposit gathering and loan portfolio growth.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and exceptional customer service.
- Credit Analysis: Perform high-level credit analysis and evaluate capital structures of potential new clients, working closely with underwriters to ensure sound credit decisions.
- Loan Management: Review loan documents, oversee the loan closing and funding process, and ensure compliance with Bank of Hope's credit policies and procedures.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including credit administration, middle market lending credit staff, and loan servicing departments, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
- Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, focusing on business development and relationship management skills.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of corporate banking experience
- Skills: Knowledge of General Loan Policy, experience in selling C&I related products, ability to structure creative and sound credit facilities, quality assurance experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and analytical and organizational skills
The salary range for this full-time position is $195,000 - $215,000 + bonus + benefits. Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
