Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Banking team at Bank of Hope. Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate banking space, with a focus on deposit gathering and loan portfolio growth.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Credit Analysis: Perform high-level credit analysis and evaluate capital structures of potential new clients, working closely with underwriters to ensure sound credit decisions.
  • Loan Management: Review loan documents, oversee the loan closing and funding process, and ensure compliance with Bank of Hope's credit policies and procedures.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including credit administration, middle market lending credit staff, and loan servicing departments, to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, focusing on business development and relationship management skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: Minimum 10+ years of corporate banking experience
  • Skills: Knowledge of General Loan Policy, experience in selling C&I related products, ability to structure creative and sound credit facilities, quality assurance experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and analytical and organizational skills
Compensation

The salary range for this full-time position is $195,000 - $215,000 + bonus + benefits. Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location. Exact compensation may vary based on your skills and experience.
