Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our Neonatal Care Solutions
- Providing pre and post-sales support to our Sales team to ensure optimal alignment with customer objectives
- Implementing strategies to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our assigned Neonatal Care Solutions accounts
- Fostering mutually beneficial relationships with internal teams, including Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Market Fulfillment
- Acting as the customer's advocate to drive business growth in the US market for the Neonatal Care Solutions
- Cultivating robust, enduring relationships with both existing and newly acquired customers
- Strategically prioritizing and managing a diverse array of company and customer activities and inquiries
- Effectively planning and prioritizing a high volume of Draeger and customer activities and requests
- Evaluating risk management for each customer and proactively evading dissatisfaction or lost business
- Working closely with customers to maximize their use of Draeger Neonatal Care Solutions
- Closely monitoring customer goals and identifying opportunities for expansion
- Partnering with Sales Executives to successfully close opportunities
Key Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A BSN degree, with an MSN degree preferred
- Experience in customer engagement, customer implementation, consulting, business development, sales, or a related field
- Account management, clinical sales, or applications experience
- Project management skills for technology adoption
- Change management training with previous experience on large projects in a hospital or IDN setting
- A strong understanding of value drivers in recurring business models
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and phone communication skills
- Empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Account management skills
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- The ability to understand customer needs and translate into a business solution
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Work Environment / Conditions
This is a field-based position, requiring car and air travel on a routine basis. The successful candidate must be able to travel more than 50% of the time.
