Overview:

Randstad USA is poised for growth and is actively seeking to expand our team with an Account Manager for our Randstad Digital division. This role is essential for fostering new business through direct client interactions and strategic territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate market dynamics and utilize industry insights to strategically position Randstad Digital for optimal growth within key sectors.
  • Accurately represent Randstad Digital as the premier partner for talent through robust relationship-building.
  • Utilize your industry expertise to envision how technological advancements can enhance our clients' operations, leading to improved customer experiences.
  • Act as a trusted business advisor within your designated industry segment.
  • Enhance and expand existing client relationships by serving as their primary contact.
  • Capitalize on Randstad Digital's strengths to be recognized as a leader in digital transformation across various domains, including cloud solutions, customer experience, data analytics, and product engineering.
  • Collaborate closely with project and program management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients and internal stakeholders to drive account growth.
  • Lead the negotiation and execution of new agreements to exceed revenue and profitability targets.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in selling technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated success in expanding services within assigned accounts.
  • Ability to build lasting relationships based on trust and integrity.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasive skills.
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient negotiation skills.
  • A proven track record of exceeding performance expectations.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools, including email and shared drives.
