About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned leader with a proven track record of success in revenue operations, martech, and biztech systems. As a Director of Revenue Growth, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a strategic roadmap for revenue and marketing systems, ensuring seamless integration across martech, biztech, and Salesforce platforms.
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing team of revenue operations professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Ensuring accurate and visible data across all touchpoints, providing reliable reports for leadership and supporting ad-hoc reporting and dashboard management.
  • Optimizing system usage and refining processes to reduce the length of the sales cycle, increase win rates, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Overseeing the management of contracts and software licenses, ensuring compliance and optimal utilization, and collaborating with IT to support system integrations.
  • Providing exceptional end-user support, minimizing downtime, and ensuring a seamless experience for sales and marketing teams.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in revenue operations, martech, and biztech systems. If you have:

  • 7+ years of experience leading revenue operations, martech, or biztech systems in a SaaS or EdTech environment.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and its ecosystem, with a focus on revenue operations systems.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot), sales/support automation (ChurnZero), and data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, RingLead).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor direct reports, and manage projects that deliver measurable business outcomes.
