Senior Business Development Account Manager

At ACI Learning, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving positive business outcomes using our comprehensive learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate a world-class onboarding and implementation process for new customers, ensuring seamless adoption and regular usage throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and selling our products and services throughout the organization.
- Maintain high levels of satisfaction and value realization across your customer base, leading to high levels of customer retention.
- Be an expert in and represent the full range of ACI Learning's Enterprise solutions, partnering closely with Account Executives to ensure successful onboarding of new customers and develop growth sales opportunities.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to sales leadership, maintaining accurate and complete records of customer-oriented activity in the CRM.
- Bachelor's degree or commensurate relevant experience.
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue and booking goals.
- Experience presenting to C-Suite executives, proficient in presenting technical products and services.
- Curious to learn, with a passion for continuous professional development.
- Experience in solution selling, with a strong understanding of subscription/SaaS business models.
