We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team at Precision Castparts Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvements in safety, quality, and productivity while meeting customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate a team of supervisors to ensure effective execution of operational plans and goals.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our operations remain competitive and efficient.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Lean manufacturing principles and experience with 6S, Kaizen, and Visual Factory Concepts.
- Experience with ERP systems and statistical process controls (Six Sigma) a plus.
