Job Summary

The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness across vacation rental, hotel, dining, spa, and resort experiences.

This role involves building foundational pre-opening sales systems, contracts, and SOPs, launching marketing plans, hiring and onboarding team members, and building relationships.

As the property opens, the Director will oversee the sales team, manage marketing campaigns, identify new business opportunities, and build strong client relationships.

Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness
  • Build and launch marketing plans, including social media, email, and print campaigns
  • Hire and train sales and marketing team members
  • Manage sales and marketing budgets and forecasts
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure sales targets are met and marketing efforts align with company goals
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing brand awareness
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with clients and team members
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing software and tools
