About the Role

Kettering Health is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operation of all expense activities and ensuring compliance with contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost reduction and standardization across the network.
  • Manage contract negotiations and administration, including creating request for proposals, reviewing solicitations, and preparing routine responses.
  • Oversee the integration of contracts, programs, services, and project management requirements across the network.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to managers and staff in the delivery of products and services for the network programs.
  • Analyze contract requirements, terms, and conditions to ensure compliance and draft contractual instruments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (qualified experience can suffice in lieu of degree).
  • Minimum 3 years of related management experience.
  • 10 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SQL.
  • Experience working with McKesson MMIS products.
