Quality Assurance Manager

At Evenflo Company, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for executing global quality strategies, procedures, and activities to support our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Execute global quality strategies, procedures, and activities to support our overall business objectives.
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of sound quality systems at both the corporate and operations levels.
Provide primary quality oversight for North American juvenile product manufacturing.
Lead internal and external root cause/corrective action processes.
Support the Sr. Director, Quality Assurance in managing quality issues, resolving quality issues, and internal and external communications.

Requirements:
BS Degree in a technical field required.
Years of experience in manufacturing quality with supervisory responsibilities.
Preferred experience with juvenile products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Project management skills, including the ability to follow project plans and meet key milestones on time.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, and experience with artificial intelligence (AI) preferred.

Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of manufacturing, including injection molding and plastics.
Experience with quality disciplines, including hands-on manufacturing experience.
Knowledge of quality systems, root cause analysis, and corrective action.
Ability to write procedures and standards.
Experience with ASTM standards and federal, state regulations beneficial.
