Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at North Wind Group. As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Construction Oversight: Monitor and oversee construction projects, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Problem-Solving and Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles and challenges.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
