**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient interactions and experiences across our network of clinics.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Reconcile patient payments and units billed while adhering to strict HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
  • Manage insurance verifications and benefits management processes to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
  • Obtain authorization and prior authorization for patient treatments and services.
  • Oversee over-the-counter collections and reconciliation of all charges on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Maintain strong relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.

**Requirements**

  • A minimum of a High School or GED diploma; submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a preference for experience in the healthcare industry.
