**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient interactions and experiences across our network of clinics.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Reconcile patient payments and units billed while adhering to strict HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
- Manage insurance verifications and benefits management processes to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
- Obtain authorization and prior authorization for patient treatments and services.
- Oversee over-the-counter collections and reconciliation of all charges on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Maintain strong relationships with patients, providers, clinicians, and internal operational departments to ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.

**Requirements**
- A minimum of a High School or GED diploma; submission of diploma for the highest level of education obtained will be required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, with a preference for experience in the healthcare industry.
