Key Responsibilities

  • Credit Management:
  • Assess and monitor changes in credit and performance risks associated with the client portfolio.
  • Collections Oversight:
  • Facilitate the monthly financial reporting process.
  • Supervise collection activities.
  • Manage accounts receivable with an emphasis on reducing post-90-day delinquent accounts and significant balances for higher-risk clients.
  • Lead the Collections and Credit Department, ensuring adherence to firm policies and client protocols.
  • Train team members to embrace new technologies and methodologies.
  • Engage in annual performance evaluations.
  • Assist in the assessment and implementation of new software solutions, including testing and training.
  • Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit & Collections within a law firm is essential. Applications from candidates without this experience will not be accepted.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
