Key Responsibilities
- Credit Management:
- Assess and monitor changes in credit and performance risks associated with the client portfolio.
- Collections Oversight:
- Facilitate the monthly financial reporting process.
- Supervise collection activities.
- Manage accounts receivable with an emphasis on reducing post-90-day delinquent accounts and significant balances for higher-risk clients.
- Lead the Collections and Credit Department, ensuring adherence to firm policies and client protocols.
- Train team members to embrace new technologies and methodologies.
- Engage in annual performance evaluations.
- Assist in the assessment and implementation of new software solutions, including testing and training.
- Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit & Collections within a law firm is essential. Applications from candidates without this experience will not be accepted.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A genuine passion for the role is required.
