Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial leadership and support to assigned regions
  • Oversee financial matters at operating sites, including billing clients, paying employees, and closing the books monthly
  • Ensure compliance with financial related company policies and best practices
  • Assign and supervise the work of subordinates
  • Have responsibility for employee evaluations and for effectively recommending the hiring, firing, promoting, demoting, and/or disciplining of employees
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Accounting, or a closely related field
  • At least five (5) to seven (7) years' financial accounting or analyst experience
  • Controller and/or Accounting Supervisor experience
  • Ability to work independently and with exceptional communication skills
  • Knowledge of the principles, methods, and procedures used in budgeting/forecasting, accounting, internal auditing, program evaluation, and financial and managerial reporting
What We Offer:
