Job Title: Field Support Specialist

BCforward is seeking a highly motivated Field Support Specialist to join our team. As a Field Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the management of the process and completion of the requested services for installation, moves, adds, changes, and de-installation of devices in the customer environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the process and completion of requested services for installation, moves, adds, changes, and de-installation of devices in the customer environment.

* Responsible for updating all systems of record to mitigate the risk of lost devices.

* Resolve non-reporting device issues.

* Collaborate with customers to locate and return devices that are no longer providing timely automated device usage.

Requirements:

* Strong technical skills and knowledge of device installation and maintenance.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
