We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team at SMMA. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our staff of 200 Architects, Engineers, System Planners, and Interior Designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Managing the Techteam support group, prioritizing multiple cases simultaneously, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults, and providing procedural documentation.
  • Building successful relationships with end-users, assisting with testing and evaluating new technology, and working collaboratively with the IT team to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in a related field (Associate Degree preferred).
  • Self-motivation, teamwork, strong communication skills, a 'can-do' attitude, and the ability to multi-task.
