Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Chuco. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a friendly and personable demeanor, and a resourceful and disciplined approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in a technical support capacity
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, personable demeanor
- Resourceful and disciplined approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and TCP/IP
- Experience with Terminal Services and multi-user technology environments
