Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Chuco. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a friendly and personable demeanor, and a resourceful and disciplined approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a technical support capacity
  • Strong customer service skills and a friendly, personable demeanor
  • Resourceful and disciplined approach to problem-solving
  • Knowledge of Windows desktop operating systems and TCP/IP
  • Experience with Terminal Services and multi-user technology environments
