TireHub - High Volume Recruitment Manager

Position Overview:
The High Volume Recruitment Manager is responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of Talent Acquisition Partners focused on sourcing exceptional candidates to facilitate TireHub's operational expansion. This role emphasizes the recruitment of non-exempt personnel for TireHub's extensive network of Tire Logistic Centers (TLCs) across the country. Essential attributes for success in this position include effective communication, nurturing a cooperative team atmosphere, and a keen interest in enhancing recruitment processes.
This role reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Talent Acquisition Partners in managing the complete recruitment cycle for non-exempt roles across numerous TLCs nationwide.
  • Establish and monitor metrics for recruitment success and efficiency.
  • Define performance objectives for the team that align with the broader strategic goals.
  • Motivate team members to surpass established targets.
  • Evaluate team performance, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and implement productivity strategies.
  • Guide team members through mentorship, training, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the team and across various departments.
  • Leverage productivity and collaboration tools effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with different departments to implement hiring strategies and initiatives.
  • Manage the candidate journey from initial screening through to hiring.
  • Stay informed on legal regulations pertaining to recruitment practices.
  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts.
  • Lead initiatives focused on process improvement and talent management.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in Recruiting/HR within a high-volume context.
  • At least 4 years of leadership experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Proven ability to drive recruitment in a high-volume setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing.
