Job Overview

Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for various roles within Four Winds Health. This role necessitates the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top-tier talent, thereby fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce. This position reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create and implement strategic initiatives focused on recruiting a diverse workforce across multiple locations.
  • Design outreach strategies to proactively identify and engage with potential candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to assess recruitment needs and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting strategies.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information and job postings using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring timely updates and monitoring.
  • Create detailed job descriptions and interview questions that align with the specific requirements of each position.
  • Evaluate candidate qualifications through interviews and discussions with hiring managers.
  • Engage in proactive sourcing of both active and passive candidates to cultivate a strong network.
  • Research and recommend innovative sourcing methods to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Provide training to hiring managers on effective recruitment practices.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders by responding promptly to inquiries.
  • Compile and present weekly recruitment metrics to the Talent Acquisition Director and Manager as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education.
  • A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a recruiting or HR role.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting and various interviewing techniques.
  • Prior experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong skills in interviewing, negotiation, and closing candidates.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using software applications, including MS Office, ATS, and HRIS systems.
  • A collaborative team player capable of building strong relationships with hiring managers and leadership.
  • Ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently and remotely.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Capable of interacting positively with diverse individuals and groups.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Ability to travel for recruitment events as necessary.
