Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the complete recruitment process for various roles within Four Winds Health. This role necessitates the capability to design and execute effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting and retaining top-tier talent, thereby fostering a dedicated and high-performing workforce. The position reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle, which includes but is not limited to job postings, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, offer negotiations, background checks, and onboarding processes for all positions within Four Winds Health.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to formulate and implement strategic initiatives focused on recruiting a diverse talent pool across multiple locations.
- Develop proactive outreach strategies to identify, engage, and maintain a robust talent pipeline in anticipation of future hiring needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to ascertain recruitment requirements and conduct regular assessments to evaluate the success of recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update candidate information, job postings, and other relevant data using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring daily monitoring and necessary updates.
- Create job descriptions and interview questions that accurately reflect the qualifications and requirements of each position.
- Assess candidate qualifications through interviews and thorough analysis of their responses.
- Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with relevant hiring managers.
- Engage in proactive sourcing and networking with both active and passive candidates to cultivate a strong candidate pool.
- Research and recommend innovative sources for efficient recruitment practices.
- Exhibit creativity in developing new recruitment methods beyond traditional job board postings.
- Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on effective recruitment practices.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders by responding promptly to inquiries.
- Prepare and present weekly recruitment metrics to the Talent Acquisition Director and Manager as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in a recruiting or HR role.
- Certification such as PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting utilizing various interviewing techniques and evaluation methods.
- Previous experience in healthcare recruitment is preferred.
