Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in recruiting students for our 4-week CDL training program. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and engaging potential student drivers through various channels
- Hosting in-office enrollment appointments and follow-up meetings
- Collaborating with our marketing and call center teams to generate leads
- Developing and maintaining relationships with local trucking companies and community partners
- Managing student databases and state files to ensure compliance with local regulations
