About the Role:

PuroClean of Southeast Tucson is a locally owned franchise seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join their team as a Business Development and Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people, starting conversations with customers, and possessing excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with superb interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and a genuine interest in providing superior service. They will take pride in representing the company and seek opportunities to develop and market their services.

The Business Development and Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling franchise services in assigned territories, meeting or exceeding assigned sales goals, and growing and developing a diverse customer base. They will utilize a systematic process to identify new prospects, contact and follow-up with customers, and conduct repetitive contact calls to build relationships and educate customers on the benefits of PuroClean.

The ideal candidate will have a process and result-driven attitude, be comfortable making cold calls, and possess excellent sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell franchise services in assigned territories
  • Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and centers of influence
  • Build stronger relationships with potential clients
  • Prepare daily sales routes and marketing activities
  • Generate revenue through effective consultative and objective-to-objective marketing
  • Meet and exceed sales quota by executing the sales system
  • Build, maintain, and service a 'top 25 client' list
  • Update information (sales, KPIs, etc.)
  • Develop sales skills by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business
  • Develop and implement a corporate social media strategy
  • Understand, adhere to, and promote safety and guidelines while in the office and traveling
  • Attend training, meetings, and participate in professional associations and networking events
Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a genuine interest in people
  • Talent in identifying and maximizing opportunities to build relationships with clients and customers to create win-win situations and support the business
  • Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting
  • Ability to use social media for impressions and brand awareness
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including GMB, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
  • Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO
  • Respect for safety and brand identity guidelines
  • Ability to present yourself professionally and with integrity in a sales-based setting
  • Superb sales, customer service, administrative, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Comfortable with setting and running appointments, educational classes, and community events in a group setting
  • Process and result-driven attitude
  • Being able to make cold calls is a must
  • Valid driver's license (to drive the company's vehicle during business hours)
  • Successfully pass a drug test and background check
  • 3+ years of experience in sales working with property managers is mandatory
  • Existing relationships with contractors and builders are a plus
Compensation:

$40,000 - $80,000 per year
