Key Responsibilities:- Utilize our CRM system to track and manage customer interactions
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Generate sales appointments through proactive outreach and lead management
- Identify customer needs and opportunities for new and used car sales presentations
- Handle incoming phone leads and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Follow up with leads who are not ready to make an appointment or are no-shows
- Deliver customer inquiries and messages to other sales personnel and departments promptly
- Collaborate with the BDC Manager and other BDC sales personnel to ensure sales lead opportunities are accounted for and appropriate notes are made in the CRM
- Complete phone calls as assigned by the BDC Manager
- Attend product and sales training as requested by BDC
- Attend sales meetings
- Maintain a professional appearance and stay informed about new products, features, and accessories
- Team player attitude and enthusiastic personality
- Prompt and courteous communication skills
- At least one previous role in the customer service industry preferred
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
- Must have strong typing skills and strong interpersonal skills, in-person and over the phone
- Eager to learn dealership best practices and advance customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills a MUST
- Possess a clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
