Job Summary

We're seeking a Front Desk Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for potential and current customers, you'll be responsible for presenting a positive image for our company and promoting quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address inquiries via phone, digital, and in-person, and follow up in a timely manner
  • Check in students on the attendance tracking system and prepare lesson schedules for team members
  • Resolve account matters and contact guests for clarification purposes
  • Maintain cleanliness of areas, including the front desk, Snack Shack, changing rooms, restrooms, and observation space
  • Update informational displays with accurate and timely promotions and literature
  • Monitor the Snack area and provide guidance to Snack Shack staff
  • Advance through cross-training in multiple roles and substitute when necessary
  • Act as a GSS ambassador to provide a Golden Experience to our students, families, and team members
  • Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and administer first aid when necessary
Requirements
  • Ability to work with children
  • Problem-solving and creative thinking skills to identify and resolve challenges
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must pass background examinations prior to training
