Overview

ASM Global, a leader in the management of public assembly venues, is currently seeking dedicated Part-Time Event Parking Coordinators. This role is vital in ensuring smooth traffic flow and guest satisfaction at our premier facility. As an Event Parking Coordinator, you will be an essential part of our Outside Operations team, responsible for guiding guests to appropriate parking areas during various events.

Key Responsibilities

As an Event Parking Coordinator, your duties will include:
  • Exhibiting a friendly demeanor and a proactive attitude while engaging with guests in a dynamic environment.
  • Communicating effectively with guests, clients, and team members through both verbal and nonverbal means.
  • Safely directing traffic as per the guidance of your Supervisor.
  • Maintaining reliable transportation and communication methods.
  • Adhering to all ASM Global policies and procedures, including ethical standards.
  • Wearing the designated uniform as outlined in the Parking Policy.
  • Participating in all required meetings and training sessions.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following:
  • A solid understanding of operational procedures and event-related services.
  • Ability to follow established safety protocols and emergency procedures.
  • Capability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and work schedules.
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Education and Experience
  • A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Previous experience in traffic control or parking management is advantageous.
Physical Requirements

This role involves physical demands, including:
  • Standing for extended periods and moving throughout the facility.
  • Working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Performing tasks that require stretching and reaching.
