Event Coordination Specialist

As an Event Coordination Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every event is executed flawlessly, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Event Setup and Breakdown:** You will be responsible for the preparation and dismantling of event materials, ensuring everything is in place for a seamless experience.
2. **Guest Interaction:** Engage with guests throughout the event, taking orders and addressing any inquiries to enhance their experience.
3. **Logistics Management:** Handle the transportation of supplies and materials, ensuring timely delivery and organization.
4. **Safety and Standards:** Uphold safety protocols and adhere to company policies to maintain a professional environment.
Physical Requirements:
As an Event Coordination Specialist, you will be active throughout your shift, which may include standing, walking, and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Qualifications:
- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience:** Less than one year of relevant experience is preferred.
- **Supervisory Experience:** No prior supervisory experience is required.
- **Certifications:** None necessary.
