Overview

ASM Global, a leader in the management of public assembly venues, is currently seeking dedicated Part-Time Event Access Coordinators. This role is vital in ensuring a seamless experience for guests at our premier facility. As an Event Access Coordinator, you will be responsible for guiding attendees to appropriate parking areas during events and assisting with entry processes. Your role will also involve serving as a key point of contact between the venue and our clients, ensuring that all operational standards and policies are upheld.

Key Responsibilities

As an Event Access Coordinator, your duties will include:
  • Exhibiting a friendly demeanor and a proactive attitude while engaging with guests in a dynamic environment.
  • Communicating effectively with attendees, clients, vendors, and team members through both verbal and nonverbal methods.
  • Accurately processing transactions and managing ticketing materials.
  • Adhering to instructions from supervisors and maintaining a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with all ASM Global policies and procedures.
  • Participating in required training sessions and meetings.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

To excel in this position, candidates should possess the following:
  • A solid understanding of operational protocols and event-related services.
  • The ability to follow safety guidelines and emergency procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and the capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A commitment to maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and work under pressure.
  • Independence in executing tasks while demonstrating sound judgment.
  • A willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Availability to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
Education and Experience

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Skills

Successful candidates will have:
  • Experience in high-volume customer service environments.
  • The ability to operate scanning devices and manage ticketing processes.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced work settings.
Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the venue.
