Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize a golf cart to warmly welcome customers and assist them in parking their vehicles.
- Accurately complete locator cards to facilitate quick vehicle retrieval.
- Maintain organized and clear signage within the parking area to aid customer navigation.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold facility security and adhere to company standards.
- Perform additional tasks as required to ensure the seamless operation of the parking facility.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in customer service is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and potential overtime.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
- Exceptional communication skills and a welcoming attitude.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
